About Me

I have been practicing naturopathic medicine and homeopathy since 1996, first in Seattle and then in Eugene-Springfield.

My approach is to use therapies that are nourishing, rejuvenating, and compatible with the body’s natural healing abilities. Understanding each person’s uniqueness and addressing the effects of stress on health are strong currents running through my work.

I am dedicated to excellence, with an exceptional emphasis on caring, thoroughness, and positively affirming each individual’s capacity to be well. My goal is to help you attain optimal health and prevent future illnesses.

My Education

I received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1995. 

I received my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington in 1981 and my BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1977. 

Board Certification

I have earned board-certification in homeopathy, as a Diplomate of the Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians (DHANP), and am certified in classical homeopathy (CCH) by the Council on Homeopathic Certification.

Are you interested in taking a class on health?  I serve on the faculty of Lane Community College, where I teach classes on disease prevention, coping with stress and depression, and homeopathy.
